Brooke Witcher

Brooke Witcher has been a resident in the Central MS area since the late 1980s! She was an investor before she became a full time agent in 2016, and since has helped hundreds and hundreds of families buy and sell in the area.

Because the University of Mississippi Medical Center, as well as Baptist Hospital, St. Dominic Hospital and River Oaks Hospital are all within her primary area, she has worked with many medical professionals over the years! Her husband is a rural ER physician, and of her 4 kids, 3 of them are doctors - psychiatry, emergency room and orthodontist. Brooke understands the unique pressures and stresses involved in making quick moves in competitive times and she knows how to handle the process and win the best homes! The market moves quickly and having a set of winning strategies gives her clients the upper hand.

In addition to Real Estate, Brooke has been a successful self employed entrepreneur for 30 years. That business was in online marketing, so she is a pro at using the internet to market homes to make top dollar!
