How to Apply

  • Moving Medicine Partners was created to service the distinctively different real estate needs of physicians and medical professionals via a national network of highly skilled and specially selected agents. 
  • Moving Medicine Partners is the only true organization of vetted physician spouse agents focussed on serving the medical community. Agents in Moving Medicine Partners have proven experience servicing the medical niche and are committed to growing this part of their business. 
  • While we would like to support the growth of all interested agents, the integrity of the division is based on the experience of its members. We are looking for agents with at least 5 verifiable, medical-related transactions and at least $7M in sales volume in the past 12 months at the time of application.
  • Agents who do not currently meet the criteria can seek guidance and mentorship from their local Sales Manager and/or a current Moving Medicine Partner to build up their experience and qualify in the future. *** Please email to be connected with a mentoring agent.
  • Moving Medicine Partners work collaboratively to share ideas, best practices, and referral-based business through our national network of agents.
  • Must be a spouse/partner of an MD or DO.
  • Adhere to the Moving Medicine Partners brand standards and usage of the brand design system as determined by the marketing committee.
  • Maintain the highest professional industry standards.
  • Attend over 50% of the monthly division membership meetings/calls.
  • At least 5 verifiable medical-related transactions in your career.
  • At least $7M in sales volume in the past 12 months at the time of application. (This is not a hard line as each market varies in average sales price.
  • Exclusive referral network – a very powerful network that is driving referrals across the country to fellow Moving Medicine Partner agents.
  • Expanded visibility and prestige within the medical community at large.
  • Proprietary marketing materials that MMP members may utilize include the MMP logos, branding, and marketing collateral housed in a shared drive folder and Canva.
  • National and regional marketing to create awareness.
  • Additional listing exposure via our Facebook group, instagram, and our website.
  • Collaboration with other agents including sharing best practices and tackling initiatives.
  • Monthly calls with an industry expert.
  • Ongoing communications on industry updates and best practices.
  • Opportunity to join a Committee and be involved.
  • If you are married to a physician, but don't meet the minimum threshold of volume or sales, please reach out. We offer mentorship programs that help boost your marketing and skills to bring you to the next level of professionalism.
  • If you are qualified and have experience with physician home buying and selling, but you are not married to a physician, reach out! After each enrollment period, we assess our geographic coverage. For any territory without representation, we allow a vetted Ally member to be our designated referral partner.
