If there is one thing that Sheela loves about being a Realtor, it’s the tremendous privilege of helping others find a place to call home. Licensed in 2005 and equipped with over sixteen years of experience, her knack for connecting people has led her to become a treasured community resource. A real estate investor with multiple properties of her own, Sheela appreciates the nuances of real estate and understands that buying or selling a home is oftentimes the biggest financial investment in a lifetime.

Married to an Anesthesiologist and devoted to the medical community, Sheela has spent years as a Medical Alliance volunteer and adores welcoming new medical families into the community. Imbued with a people-first mentality, her passion and commitment is deeply woven into the fabric of her local community. After her own home burned down in the Tubbs Fire, Sheela and Tammra created a hub for clients to receive information on insurance, resources, and rebuilding efforts. Forever committed to helping others build a brighter future, Sheela has always put her community first.

Jointly spearheading the Borrall Hodes Team in 2007, Sheela joined forces with Co-Founder, Tammra Borrall, after the duo realized their synergy created a higher level of customer service. Deeply dedicated to educating and advocating for her clients, Sheela is known for being methodical in her approach, transparent in her communication, and especially skillful with negotiations. Working as a registered nurse prior to her real estate career, she still leverages the same level-headed triage stills that she honed in the emergency room nearly two decades ago.

Residing in Sonoma County with her husband, Sheela is a lifelong learner with an insatiable appetite for new and fun experiences. When she’s not cooking for family or entertaining friends, you’ll find her gardening, hiking, golfing, road biking, creating her art studio, or enrolled in a new class as a dedicated life learner.
