This is the second time we went with Jennifer as our realtor. She helped us buy our home and we had such a great experience that it wasn't even a question as to who we would go with when it came time to sell. This move was especially hectic considering we relocated to Europe. But once again, Jennifer took all the stress out of it. From beginning to end, Jennifer was always available, provided great advice, took care of so much of the paperwork piece, and we go more than we ever expected for our home. We have consistently recommended Jennifer to friends and colleagues and if we ever move back to the area, she will be one of our first calls.

We can't recommend Jen highly enough. We were first time homebuyers and Jen helped us understand the entire process. She had amazing recommendations for loan officers, inspectors, and even painters once we finally purchased our house. She was a calming presence as we navigated some curveballs thrown our way and was upfront and honest when we toured houses, pointing out things that required immediate attention and ways to easily improve other things. Jen was always available for a phone call or email if we had questions or when we needed to quickly move on the house we ended up purchasing. We're extremely happy we were able to work with Jen.

We needed a realtor who would invest in our property and getting it sold just as we had invested in it while we were living there! Sarah was amazing. She helped with details, and got us excited about a few changes that might open the opportunity for selling the house in a price point that doesn’t sell very fast. We are so thankful! After we switched to Sarah and made all of the adjustments, we had an offer within a week. She helped us get it done! She has the contacts for the painter, for the electrician, or the handyman, she knows colors and trends. I would trust her with any sale or purchase going forward.

When we first moved to San Antonio with my wife, dog, and expecting our first child on the wayfinding our future family home seemed overwhelming and impossible. Our offer was accepted without a counter and I think in large part because Nichole was so easy for them to work with. Nichole is friendly, professional, dependable, smart, and knows the SA realestate market very well in addition to keeping up with current home trends.
