Not every agent who applies to Moving Medicine Partners joins the network. Our vetting process exists to protect one thing: the physician families who trust us to connect them with someone who genuinely understands their move.
Our minimum requirements to join:
At least 5 verifiable, medical-related real estate transactions
At least $7 million in sales volume in the past 12 months at the time of application
Active real estate license in good standing
Demonstrated knowledge of physician loan products and medical relocation timelines
Personal or professional connection to the medical community (most of our agents are physician spouses themselves)
Our vetting process has four stages:
Application — agents submit their transaction history, production volume, and a description of their physician-community experience for initial review
Interview — qualified applicants complete a structured interview evaluating their knowledge of physician loan products, medical timelines, and how they communicate with clients under relocation pressure
Onboarding & Workshop — accepted agents complete Moving Medicine Partners' onboarding curriculum before receiving referrals, covering physician loan fundamentals, common relocation scenarios, and network standards
Ongoing Evaluation — active agents are evaluated on referral feedback, communication responsiveness, and continued production within the medical niche
Agents who don't meet the minimum criteria can seek mentorship from a current Moving Medicine Partner to build toward qualification.
How to Apply
There are three different levels of membership for Moving Medicine Partners: Partner, Ally, and Partner in Training.
Partner Requirements: Must be married to and MD or DO, have at least $7m in closed sales volume in the last 12 months, and must have at least 5 verifiable medical-related transactions in your career. Maximum of 3 Partners per city.
Ally Requirements: Must have at least $7m in closed sales volume in the last 12 months and must have at least 5 verifiable medical-related transactions in your career. There cannot be a Partner (physician spouse) already representing the city/regions you are in.
Partner-in-training Requirements: Must be married to and MD or DO and does not meet the minimum sales requirements of a Parnter membership level.
