Amanda Stever

Hi everyone, I’m Amanda. I’ve walked the full journey of medical life alongside my husband, who is a rheumatologist — through medical school, residency, fellowship, and now attending life — so I deeply understand the unique pressures, transitions, and relocations that come with this calling. We have two kids, three dogs, and split our time between Salt Lake City and Park City. I’m originally from Lake Tahoe and the Bay Area in California, but we moved to Utah 11 years ago and this is where we’ve raised our children and built our life.

I spent years as a clinical pharmacist before transitioning into real estate, where I truly thrive and have built a very successful career. Because I’ve lived the physician life firsthand, I understand that most doctors are experts in medicine — not necessarily in business, mortgages, student loans, wealth strategy, or navigating competitive housing markets. That’s where I come in.

I’m deeply embedded in the local community with strong relationships and an established sphere of influence, and I’ve built a trusted network of physician-focused loan officers and CPAs who specialize in serving medical families. I also understand the unique dynamics of Utah’s ski resort real estate, luxury second homes, nightly rental properties, and the lifestyle-driven nature of buyers here. I guide clients through the nuances between primary residences, second homes, and investment properties, assisting them throughout the entire real estate transaction process while delivering a seamless, white-glove experience. My passion is to help physicians and their families to see the long game, build wealth strategically, and feel fully supported during one of life’s biggest transitions.
