Brittany Wendl-Aoshima

With a strong foundation in real estate, I have built my career around helping individuals and families find not just houses, but homes where they can truly thrive. As a third-generation Realtor, it’s truly in my blood, and with over 10 years of experience, it has played a significant role in shaping both my professional path and my life. As a native of Corpus Christi, I also have a deep understanding of my community, which allows me to guide clients through every stage of the process with confidence, care, and local insight.

In addition to real estate, I founded a design company focused on creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect each client’s unique style. From concept to completion, my services are centered on thoughtful design, attention to detail, and enhancing the way people live in their homes.

My passion for service led me to serve as an Executive Director for a nonprofit, where I worked to strengthen community initiatives and expand resources for those in need. That role deepened my commitment to making a meaningful impact and reinforced the importance of connection, leadership, and purpose-driven work.

Today, as Director of Community Engagement and Development, I focus on building relationships, fostering growth, and creating opportunities that benefit the community as a whole. I am also proud to serve on the board of the Nueces Medical Alliance, where I collaborate with others to support and advance the local medical community.
