Over the past decade, Eric has advised hundreds of buyers and sellers throughout San Diego, with a particular focus on physicians and medical professionals navigating relocations and major career transitions. As the spouse of a physician, he understands firsthand how residency, fellowship, attending positions, call schedules, hospital locations, and demanding clinical hours can shape a housing decision. He helps clients look beyond the home itself to consider commute, lifestyle, long-term value, and how a property will realistically fit into daily life.

That perspective shapes Eric’s highly structured approach to the buying process. Rather than overwhelming clients with endless options, he narrows the market to a focused set of strong opportunities, clearly explains the trade-offs, and provides thoughtful, direct guidance. For physicians relocating to San Diego, this often means quickly understanding neighborhood differences, realistic commute times to major medical centers, and how to navigate a purchase efficiently within compressed timelines and limited availability.

Eric’s expertise extends across luxury homes, new construction, condominiums, historic properties, and renovation opportunities. Earlier in his career, he renovated and developed homes across Southern California and later pursued additional study in interior design and architecture. That experience gives him a practical eye for property condition, renovation potential, deferred maintenance, HOA considerations, and future resale value. He remains closely involved once a property is identified, personally attending inspections and bringing in trusted contractors and specialists when additional expertise is needed.

Raised in a real estate family under the mentorship of his father, a broker and developer with more than 40 years of experience, Eric later graduated from UC San Diego, where he studied Communications and Business. Today, he operates a deliberately selective, full-service practice so he can remain personally involved throughout each transaction. His goal is simple: protect his clients’ time, reduce complexity, and make a major transition feel exceptionally well handled.
