Mollie Marsh

As a wife of an ER physician in the military and the mother of a child with special needs, Mollie understands and has firsthand knowledge the obstacles families can face when moving. Formerly a teacher, Mollie has transitioned into real estate with a passion for making home buying a seamless experience for medical professionals. Her background in education helps prepare buyers and sellers to face the current housing market with knowledge and confidence. She and her husband balance their busy lives while raising three boys, one of whom has Down syndrome. Mollie’s personal experiences and family dynamics with special needs provide her with a compassionate and understanding approach, ensuring her clients receive tailored support throughout their home-buying or home-selling journey.

Before graduating Furman University together, Mollie and her husband married in their third year of college. After her husband’s graduation from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC, the military relocated them 7 years ago to the Dayton/Cincinnati, Ohio region in which they have now claimed as their home.
