Brian Eby, MD

Dr. Brian Eby is an emergency physician, realtor, and investor. Outside of the emergency room, he specializes in helping doctors, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals buy, sell, and invest in residential real estate.

A Wisconsin native, Brian crossed the border to complete his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota, then returned to Madison for medical school at the University of Wisconsin. After completing his residency at Parkland/UT Southwestern in Dallas, he found his way to Arizona for the 300+ days of sun per year.

Brian knew during residency that he was interested in real estate, and after settling in Scottsdale, he began investing and became a licensed agent. Realizing his unique experience could benefit his colleagues, he founded MD of Real Estate to bring his services directly to physicians and other healthcare professionals. He works throughout the Valley, but especially loves working with clients in his home Scottsdale and Paradise Valley markets. Having dedicated his 20s to medicine, he understands what physicians and other healthcare workers have sacrificed to get where they are, and he believes they deserve a champion to help them get their ideal real estate outcomes without overpaying. In an industry where many people just want to get you to sign an agreement or get you to the closing table, Dr. Eby brings true fiduciary care to his medical colleagues.

When he's not in the ER or working with clients, Brian loves spending time with his wife, their two children, and their two golden retrievers.
