Jennifer Flood

Simply put, my passion is helping people find their home and community. When we work together, my goal is simple: to ensure YOU reach your real estate goals and experience extraordinary service on the path to them. I’m proud of my track record and that my clients often cite my integrity, my commitment to their best interests, and my negotiation skills as reasons why they would work with me again - and why they refer me to their loved ones.

I especially enjoy helping people navigate a move as I know what it’s like -- and how to make the process as smooth as possible. My husband and I met in Stockholm, where he grew up and practiced medicine. In 2008 we moved to the US, relocating three times for general surgery residency, fellowship, and my husband’s present position at the Polyclinic/Optum in Seattle.

We now live in Mercer Island, a central location for working with clients in Seattle, the Eastside, and as far north as Edmonds. My connections in Washington run both wide and deep; I serve on several non-profit boards supporting families and children and have been in many PTSA leadership roles for Mercer Island’s excellent public schools over the past decade.

My background includes a master’s degree in education from Harvard, guiding policy for K-12 systems at the U.S. Dept. of Education, and consulting for districts and schools across Washington – all very useful experiences for helping families who are relocating and want to understand the educational landscape and tap into my network. 

In my free time, I enjoy paddle-boarding, pickleball, and hosting interesting discussions and fun social gatherings.
