Kristin Trapp

Kristin has been a proud resident of Charlotte since 2011, having grown up in Miami and Atlanta. She and her husband, Ben, made the move to Charlotte after Ben completed his residency and fellowship at Emory University. Ben, a pediatric anesthesiologist, currently works at Atrium Health.

With a passion for real estate and a desire to get her bearings in her new city, Kristin learned as much as she could about the beautiful city of Charlotte - the uniqueness of neighborhoods, the wide variety of education options, the ebb and flow of the market, and always important, the varying commute times to and from the office or hospital!

Kristin spent the majority of her career as a labor and delivery nurse and her 15 years in nursing were marked with knowledge, skill, care, and joy. With the heart of an advocate, she obtained her real estate license in 2020 and transitioned her care of families from the hospital to helping others find the best home to care for their family.

As a physician spouse, Kristin recognizes the unique challenges of relocating a physician family, whether from out of state or just across town. She strives to make the process of buying or selling a home as seamless as possible so her clients can focus on getting settled into their community while navigating a demanding job with few hours to spare.

Kristin is known for her wide network, strong sense of community, attention to detail, and a deep sense of partnership. Successfully serving her clients with local market expertise, access to competitive lenders, and strong negotiation skills led to her being a top producing agent in her firm in 2022.

Kristin is also an active member of Uptown Church and currently volunteers as President of her neighborhood association in Lansdowne. When she isn’t working or driving her four children to school or their various activities, she likes to travel (Kiawah is a family favorite!) and enjoys going to any of Charlotte’s amazing restaurants.
